The global crisis has hit us all. As our industry’s retail and publishing hearts shudder, we’re all groping for ways to ride-out the storm. I became painfully aware this week that readers are having a shitty old time of it too; whether unable to visit their local store, unable to justify the cost of alternatives during tight times, or just stuck in the house with a dangerously bored teenager.
Basically: it seemed like the very least I could do was give away a bunch of free stories.
